the location was very good , near the central station.

the room was small , i was a bit disappointed. i had to hand my key into reception every time i went out. the restaurant was only open for breakfast , the breakfast was quite basic and the hotel has no bar.

the location proved convenient. it was close to the central station for transport. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast included a variety of options. the room was clean when i arrived.

the pillows felt too soft and flat for good support. the hairdryer looked dusty. the bed sheets had some stains on them. the door also jammed sometimes, inconvenient.

I appreciated the friendly staff, they helped with directions. the continental breakfast was very generous too. i especially liked that the staff communicated quickly regarding luggage drop-off before check-in time. That was helpful.

the room doors were quite loud! it made sleeping a bit difficult, especially when other guests were coming in and out.

i stayed in a single bedroom, and it was perfectly proportioned for one person. it included a safe, hangers, luggage stand, table, chair, tv, power points, and air-conditioning, so it was well-equipped.
